Your username must be exactly the same as the 7-digit customer ID from your mailing label.

If you are a U.S. subscriber, your password must exactly match the first 5 digits of the zip code that appears on your mailing label (without any leading or trailing spaces).

If you are from Canada or another foreign country, please make sure you entered your password (canada or foreign) all in lower case and without any leading or trailing spaces.

If you are a new subscriber, your information may not have been uploaded yet in our web database. If that's the case, you should email SBFwebmaster@aaas.org and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
